I had a long weekend and I’m glad it’s a new week. This morning I decided on my way to work that it’s fitness week this week. I’m challenging myself to eat perfectly and exercise every day to get myself back on track! I have so much motivation right now. I’m down another 5 lbs…so 40 lbs down now total! I’ll post my new picture soon.
