I never put up Christmas lights before. I wanted to put a little more time into it, but we had so much snow that I got a late start. Next year I’ll try to do them before Thanksgiving so that I can take my time. Just having the candles on is nice and old fashioned too, so most nights I just do that.

This weekend, I’m finishing up shopping for gifts. I have a Christmas party with some friends tomorrow, then heading into Boston after. Christmas Eve is at my parent’s and Christmas at my cousin Julia’s. I’m excited for this long weekend and to see the family!
